In April 2005, appointed as delegate Director for Rotorcraft Programme with the responsability of the Common Research programme for helicopters between DLR and ONERA as French member of the Program Common Management Team. Integrate ONERA in October 2004 to be Deputy Director for Helicopters and Tiltrotors, in charge of the R&T programme for rotorcraft and cooperative activities in this field.

In charge of support for foreign customers and cooperation setting up for the airborne and aircraft programmes dependent on French DGA (such as NH90, Tiger, A400M, …); implementation of exportation and importation regulations for military equipment; more widely, any international activities dealing with aeronautical field.
From 1997 to 2001, in charge of aeronautic industry office (helicopter industry) at directorate for cooperation and industrial affairs of DGA.
Before 1997, she was head of helicopter division in the research department of directorate for research and technics, DGA, managing R&T for helicopter application, specialized in aerodynamics and flight mechanics.
Blanche Demaret is Councellor of Studies of SERA (European Session for Armament Officials, part of DGA/ CHEAR training programmes) and « senior member » of Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France.
