Sikorsky Aircraft Colloquium Series: Nick Lappos Tuesday, February 5, 2013 5:00 p.m. 1110 Kim Building Lecture Hall For More Information: Rebecca Sarni 301 405 1135 rsarni@umd.edu Senior Technical Fellow-Advanced Technologies and Former Sikorsky Chief R&D Test Pilot Nick Lappos will be presenting "Test Flying Tales: Stories from the Test Pilot’s Office." In this first seminar for 2013, Nick presents a sometimes humorous discussion of his time as a test pilot. The stories span the age of the flying boats, earliest helicopters, and Black Hawk and S-76 development.
